Rules of Open Hang:

You are only allowed to use only the apparatus(s) you have been trained on by a ITDCAs coach.

You are NOT ALLOWED to teach other students any skills. Students are only allowed to work on skills and apparatuses that they have trained on with coaches. Violation result in dismissal from Open Hang.

You may be sharing a point with one other person

You are acknowledge you are training without an instructor
